Data collection on our website

Hosting

Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files (IP address, browser type, time of access).

• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (Legitimate interest in the security and stability of the website).
• Data processing agreement: We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider.

Contact form

When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide, are stored by us. We use the CRM system HubSpot for this purpose. Data transmission takes place server-side via an API interface.

• Purpose: Processing of the inquiry and follow-up questions.
• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (Fulfilment of contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (Legitimate interest in the efficient and prompt handling of customer inquiries).
• Third-country transfer: HubSpot Inc. is based in the USA. We have concluded a data processing agreement based on Standard Contractual Clauses. HubSpot is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Sharing with authorised dealers

To process your inquiry or to answer it properly (e.g. if you would like a regional offer or a demonstration), we forward your data to the authorised dealer responsible for your region only at your explicit request.

Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

If you consent, we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure website visits, to understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries, and to improve our advertising. These services may set or read cookies and similar technologies and process usage data such as page views, referrer, approximate location, device and browser information, IP address and advertising identifiers.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 so that Google tags receive your consent decisions for analytics and advertising. Marketing and analytics tags are only activated after you have given your consent. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the website's cookie settings.

Data retention period

We store your data only for as long as is necessary to process your inquiry or as required by statutory retention periods (in particular commercial and tax law periods under the German Commercial Code and Fiscal Code, where business-relevant transactions are handled via the form). Once the purpose ceases to apply or the periods expire, the data is restricted or deleted accordingly.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Obtain information about your stored data (free of charge pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR).
• Request the correction, blocking or deletion of your data.
• Revoke any consent given at any time.
• Object to processing (in particular for direct marketing purposes).
